By accessing and using Rezly.ai ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Rezly.ai is an AI-powered CV builder that helps users create professional CVs. Our service includes:

• AI-powered CV generation and optimisation
• Professional CV templates
• ATS-friendly formatting
• CV editing and customisation tools
• Export functionality in various formats

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information during registration
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

4. Fees, billing and refunds

Rezly.ai offers a free plan and the following paid plans: a one-time 7-Day Pass, a monthly subscription and an annual subscription. Prices are shown at checkout and may vary by country and currency.

• Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and will keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
• The 7-Day Pass is a one-time purchase that provides access for 7 days and does not renew automatically.
• Payments are processed by our third-party payment providers: Stripe and, in some countries, Lemon Squeezy (acting as merchant of record).
• We may change our prices from time to time. Changes take effect from your next billing period, and we will notify you in advance where required by law.
• Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, including personal information and CV data. By using our Service, you grant us a limited licence to:

• Process your data to provide the CV building service
• Store your information securely for service delivery
• Use anonymised data for service improvement

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without authorisation
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

7. AI and Content Generation

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to assist in CV creation. While we strive for accuracy, you acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content should be reviewed and verified by you
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your final CV
• We do not guarantee job placement or interview success
• AI suggestions are recommendations and may require customisation

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Rezly.ai and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rezly.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms. Where required by law, we will notify you and give you an opportunity to remedy the breach first. No refund is due if your account is terminated for breach.

We may also terminate your account or discontinue the Service for other reasons with reasonable advance notice. In that case, we will refund the unused portion of any period you have paid for.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
