1. Overview

At Rezly.ai, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your subscription or purchase, please review the terms below. We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis and aim to be fair and reasonable.

2. Paid Plans

2.1 7-Day Pass

The 7-Day Pass is a one-time purchase that gives you access to all premium features for 7 days. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel.

Because you receive immediate access for a short, fixed period, 7-Day Passes are non-refundable once access has started, subject to your statutory rights (see Section 5). If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your request.

2.2 Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to all premium features until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused days within an active billing period.

2.3 Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are billed once per year. You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if you have not made significant use of the premium features. After the 14-day window, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but you may cancel to prevent auto-renewal.

When you cancel an annual plan, your access continues until the end of the paid period and your subscription will not renew.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team via the Contact page and include the following information:

  • The email address associated with your Rezly.ai account
  • Your order or subscription ID (found in your payment receipt email)
  • The reason for your refund request

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through our payment provider back to your original payment method and typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Subject to Section 5 (Your Statutory Rights), we reserve the right to deny refund requests in the following situations:

  • The refund request is made after the applicable refund window has passed
  • Significant use of premium features has occurred (e.g., many downloads or AI generations)
  • The account has violated our Terms of Service
  • Refunds have previously been issued for the same account
  • The request appears to be fraudulent or abusive

5. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live. Where this policy conflicts with those laws, your statutory rights prevail.

5.1 European Union, EEA and United Kingdom

If you are a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. By purchasing a plan, you request immediate access to the service; if you withdraw within the 14-day period, we may deduct an amount proportional to the service already provided and will refund the remainder.

To exercise this right, contact us within 14 days of your purchase as described in Section 3.

5.2 Brazil

If you are a consumer in Brazil, you may cancel your purchase within 7 days under Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code (CĂłdigo de Defesa do Consumidor) and receive a full refund.

5.3 Turkey

If you are a consumer in Turkey, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts under the Distance Contracts Regulation, except where the service has been fully performed with your prior express consent before the end of the withdrawal period.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider without first contacting us, we may suspend your account pending resolution. We strongly encourage you to reach out to us directly; we are happy to resolve any payment issues quickly.

7. Free Plan

The free plan is provided at no cost and is not subject to any refund policy. No payment is required to use the free tier.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date, and where required by law we will notify you of material changes before they take effect. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
